Refund & Return Policy

1. Custom & personalized items are final sale
Jerseys, pants, and any item with a name, number, team, or custom design are made to order specifically for you. Because they can't be resold, they cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, a wrong size ordered, or buyer's remorse. The live preview at checkout shows exactly what we will print — please double-check the spelling, number, and size before you pay.
2. Check before you check out
You are responsible for the size, spelling, and number you submit. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, email dsd.orders@diamondsportsdesigns.com within 24 hours with your order number, and we'll do our best to fix it before production starts. Once an item enters production, it can no longer be changed.
3. If we make a mistake
If we print the wrong name or number, send the wrong item, or your item arrives defective or damaged, we'll remake it or refund it at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll take care of it.
4. Blank (non-personalized) items
Unworn, unwashed blank items with their tags still attached may be exchanged for a different size or returned within 14 days of pickup or delivery. Bring them to the shop or mail them back. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
5. Order windows & cancellations
Team uniform orders run on order windows so a team's gear is produced together. You may cancel an order for a full refund any time before it enters production. After production begins, custom items can't be cancelled. Fan gear and accessories that aren't made to order can be cancelled before they ship.
6. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment card through our payment gateway — we can't redirect a refund to a different card or method. Please allow several business days for your bank to post the credit after we issue it. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
7. How to request a refund or exchange
Email dsd.orders@diamondsportsdesigns.com with your order number and a short description of the problem (and a photo, if it's a defect or our error). If you picked your order up in person, you're also welcome to stop by the shop:
