Ordering & Turnaround
Uniform items run on order windows so the whole team's gear is pressed and delivered together. Order inside the window shown on the scoreboard at the top of the site and your gear is ready for the season. Custom Rawlings orders placed after the window closes run 6–8 weeks — we'll always show you the date before you pay.
Fan gear, caps and accessories aren't tied to a window — they ship or are ready for pickup within about a week.
Every personalized item is reviewed by a human before it prints. If a name or number looks off, we'll email you before pressing anything.
Size Charts
Jerseys and dry-fits run true to size with an athletic cut. Between sizes? Size up — players grow mid-season.

Shipping & Returns
Free store pickup at 7410 Boulevard 26, Suite F, Richland Hills, TX 76118 — we'll email you the moment your order comes off the press. Shipping is calculated at checkout and your order ships the day it's finished.
Personalized gear is final sale. Every custom item is made for one specific player, so double-check size, spelling and number before checkout. Catch a mistake? Email dsd.orders@diamondsportsdesigns.com within 24 hours and we'll do our best to fix it before it prints.
Blank (non-personalized) items in unworn condition can be exchanged for a different size within 14 days — bring them by the shop or mail them back.

About the Shop
Diamond Sports Designs is a custom sports apparel shop in Richland Hills, Texas. We design and sublimate uniforms in-house — from travel-ball jerseys to full team stores like this one — using Rawlings, Champro and Richardson blanks and our own printers.
Southwest Gear is the official team store we run for Midland Southwest Baseball and its 17 teams.
